Hi TPG, Just wanting to confirm whether or not my cancellation request has been lodged. I have spoken to someone on the phone on 07/07/2023 at approximately 2.20-2.40pm (convo ref 71192715) and was told that it has been submitted for processing, and that I will be receiving an email with regards to returning of hardware. I've been checking my email and have yet to receive anything.
