Signed up to TPG a week or so ago, received the tp-link AC1600 router in the post and my account updated to say the installation was complete and ready to use. Have plugged the router in to the phone line, but no Internet. Have also plugged my laptop into the LAN port as well to try and configure, but when I have troubleshooted on the tp-link site it's says to check if the phone cable is properly connected. Any ideas? There is no blue NBN connection box here, but TPG said there was NBN here from a previous resident. Not sure why it won't connect! ... View more
