Hi @BasilDV, I did NOT send the emails shown in your enquiry. I will perform the actions you have advised. My antivirus is up to date. Are the Post Masters able to confirm if the emails actually originated from my PC? Regards bjg

When a friend attempts to send me an email (to my TPG email address), it is rejected with the following error message Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently: ********@tpg.com.au Reason: There was an error while attempting to deliver your message with [Subject: "Re: Topic"] to ********@tpg.com.au. MTA p3plsmtpa12-08.prod.phx3.secureserver.net received this response from the destination host IP - 203.12.160.122 - 550 , 550 5.7.1 <********@tpg.com.au>... Access denied Is there anything I can do to prevent the TPG mail service from rejecting the email?
