I recently switched provider to TPG and since happening I have been experiencing regular drop out. These last approximately 20-30 seconds and occur every few hours. Most of the connection are WIFI. I haven't used my ethernet connection regularly since switching but it also had a drop out today. TPG sent a new router as part of signing up. It is a TP-Link VX220-G2v. Any advice would be appreciated. Switched for the faster speed but the drop outs are worse than having slower speed.... ... View more
