Hi guys,   Hope you are well.   I had my credit card details in the TPG system for payment deduction, but my bank card recently expired and the payment didn't go through. I therefore updated my payment method with my bank account details for Direct Debit. However when I attempted to pay for the overdue amout the system says it can only be done with credit card and asked me to update my payment method. When I tried to update my payment method, the system wouldn't allow me because "An exisiting payment transaction is in progress".   Could anyone be so kind to advise me what to do?
