Thanks Basil.  Yes, using my username which is my phone number - I choose the forgot password, and get a text with a link to reset. the link doesnt work on my phone, or on my computer. (Google chrome). As per my note, it just times out - no luck at all. :) ... View more

Hi Team,  I cant login to the TPG My account or app. I've tried to reset my password many many times, and have clicked on the link to reset but get a page that doesnt load - saying " This site can’t be reached novus.tpg.com.au took too long to respond."   Please help. ... View more
