My NBN connection is due to be set up Monday 11/03/19 but I am yet to receive my modem. I have tried logging in to www.tpg.com.au/install to check on my installation progress but it just keeps saying... ....Sorry, we can't retrieve your installation details at this time. Please try again later or call us on 13 14 23 (option 3 then 1) for further information..... Please can you advise if modem has been posted ???
