Hi,   I have just recently changed my home NBN connection to 5G mobile home broadband. I received the modem and it connected without much issue. But when I tried to access the modem to change the password. It did not connect. The TPG technical team asked me to reset the modem and try reconnecting. Nothing happened. I was told that the modem was faulty and asked me to return it. I have received the second modem. yesterday. But that too isn't letting me login on 192.168.1.1. Can you please help me rectify this?
