It is an AX5400 Archer73. All nbn lights are green except internet which is amber. our nbn connection is hfc, planned bundled hfc. the nbn is connected to the wan port of the router.

12 Days and numerous two hour long conversations with tpg support and stll cannot connect to the internet. This is the second router we have tried and the same problem. Any suggestion would be appreciated. We have had two nbn techs check the connection and no issues. Router manufacturers cannot find any issues at their end.

I am interested to find out why TPG's customer service is so bad? No internet connection now for four days ans customer service is useless. Have submitted multiple forms for ID yet still no response. Anyone using or thinking of using TPG think again. I am moving on. Their customer is zero.
