Our NBN connection keeps dropping out frequently every day. It has been getting worse lately. When I checked the all the lights on the NBN box and my modem all good but no internet. I reset the NBN box, it worked but then it will drop out again. Sometimes I switched off and switched on both NBN box and modem to restarted the connection. Hi, my internet has been dropping out several times in a day. This has been happening for months. The time always random and sometimes the connection can drop out multiple times in a short period. I  will restart both my modem and nbn box to get connected again. Also, the connection most likely drop out in early morning before 7 am when there's no heavy internet usage in my home.
