As of the beginning of this year I have not been able to receive phone calls from TPG. The calls go straight to voice mail, my phone never rings. Every other call, both business and private can be received normally. It is only TPG that cannot ring me. What is an acceptable rate of drop outs. We are experiencing a loss of internet for around 5 minutes between 8pm and 9pm and it is occurring 2-3 times per week. The system comes back on by itself, no need to reboot the modem. Very annoying if we are streaming a TV show. ... View more
