Hi there - I had no internet for 2 hours now tried to restart modem multiple times with no improvement. The DSL light is on and the online diagnostics said I am connected. On my laptop it says ‘your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured’. But my service was set up in January. Still on hold with the hotline. Please assist. ...
