Thank you David. Yes the nbn cable is right next to a working PowerPoint. He stated the same thing happened to his when he change the cable over/wall socket over and had to get a new one. No recent storm activity. All started since he changed the telephone socket over.

Hi there. I had an electrician upgrade a wall socket & now the modems are clicking and half the buttons aren’t lighting up anymore. He said I’ll need to get new ones. It’s tplink and nbn boxes. I’m draining my personal hotspot. Thanks
