We have urgently requested TPG Tech Support to update the default reverse DNS PTR for the static IP address of our small business NBN connection to match our mail server hostname, as we are experiencing unacceptable email bounce-backs.   Despite neither of the two L1 techs understanding anything about Rev DNS, they said a request to do this was sent to TPG's email specialists to action.   That was four days ago.
