Hi just got a landline due to mobile reception issues. TPG helped set up phone. We can receive calls but can't make calls. There is a dail tone but after entering the phone number we wish to call we always get an engaged tone. Have we missed something in the set up process? Can anyone help? Thanks ... View more

During a recent thunderstrom we lost internet acccess.  NBN tech has been out and we have internet to the property but the modem isn't working, expect it got damaged during the storm.  We have plugged in a friends modem and this works so it's definately the modem issue.   My question is will TPG replace my modem?  I could ring them but don't have the time to sit on the phone waiting!!  I've been talking to support team for many hours already this week and have been without internet for nearly a week.
