I changed my SIM card last night from Optus to TPG and my phone has joined TPG now however there is only one, sometimes two bars of service and I am not able to send text messages. Why is there not 4 bars of service and why can’t I send text messages? I need to have this fixed. And yes I have turned my phone off and on several times in the hopes this would fix the problem. ...
