Hi, my order for home wireless broadband was accepted on 21 November. I received the modem on 23 November. I plugged the modem in but there is no connection. I could not get through to the support helpline and found somewhere that my service is not yet activated.  How long will the activation take? Will I be notified? Why is it nowhere mentioned that plugging in the modem is not enough to get access to the internet? Hi, I have tried to connect my home wireless broadband today without success and when I called the support hotline, the system did not recognize the numbers I put in to select my responses to the questions (e.g. are you the person who requested the support? please press 1). After the system had not recognized my responses 3 times in a row, it kicked me out of the support call.   I would be very grateful for any advice you can provide because I really need to get my broadband set up as soon as possible.   Many thanks,   David ...
