I switched from Belong NBN and signed up for the TPG 5G wireless home broadband a couple of months ago. Everything was great and since the past 2 weeks... total chaos! I'd be lucky if I got 10mbps speeds. Home business in tatters, bleeding money. I need answers as to what on earth is going on with this service. In talks with Helpdesk but we are getting nowhere.
