I bought it inJapan and i could use SMS and calls until 15 April Monday in Japan. The last SMS recieved on 15th April. My roaming is enable before going overseas. I could use it until 17th April in japan. Suddenly my iphone shows ' NO Service' I use this SIM since 2010. and i know my iphone always showed 3G network. Maybe my SIM only works with 3G networks?

Suddenly, the network goes out of service. I'm currently in Japan. Do I need a new SIM card to continue with the same plan?

Hi, I am trying to change (update) my payment details. because I updated my accout last name today. I am unable to submit. I am in Japan and was calling to +61290073023. it was too long to connect. i gave up. Could you please Help?

Hi Please help my plobrems. I couldn`t update my credit card details. Maybe It`s because my last name hasn't changed yet. I have already subummited my name change with TPG Administrayion and sent proof of my identity. I have reference number. I'm looking foward to hearing from you soon. Junko
