Dear Team,   I need to cancel a recent TPG mobile plan (acquired 2 months ago). Can someone please help me? I've called this morning (9:30am Melbourne time), he could not cancel. Asked me to email cancel@tpgtelecom.com.au, no response so far. I'm in another call now (almost 20 minutes waiting after having talked to 2 people) and still waiting.
