Swapped over to TPG on 2 days ago from Optus and missing features that Optus has like online chat….i guess that’s why they’re more expensive. Anyway, I cannot send mms. I also cannot make outgoing calls on my device right now. I need help but can’t call for support. I’ve tried checking that do not disturb is off. I’ve tried turning flight mode on and off.
