My 86yo mother had to change to a new plan - new modem received and connected modem suggests wifi working - but no internet was told manual connection would take 24-48 hours - now 72 hours and no internet! cant get phone support = had a call back at 11 am with a recording saying no-one could talk to me now on hold...on the siupport line what is wrong with tpg? also  - at the same time had a new sim card- told it would take 2-3 hours still no reception after 24 hours - again - cant access technical support ....   ...
