I recently updated my payment method from credit card to direct debt. I received an email from TPG indicating the payment failed.    I followed the retry payment article from the support, however, when I click through my current balance. The page indidcates I have nothing to pay and there is no payment button etc at all. What does that mean? Can anyone else help?   Cheers, ... View more
