Hello, I wanted to know if it was possible putting a welcome message at the start of a call...  Ie, Welcome to Bob's Pets....  Please note we are busy for .....  if you would like to speak to someone, stay on the line.... then it rings.   I have rung TPG so many times and am in disbelief that it can not be done.  I have also been to many shops looking for a phone to do this.   We have the TPG unlimited Broadband and divert all calls to a mobile phone.   Thanks.     ...
