I want to buy a new modem, the original VR1600 is cutting out when it gets warm, so no internet or landline. This has been an ongoing problem for a long time. At the moment I'm using a non TPG unit . Have tried before to get a new one but as my mobile number is not linked to my account for some reason TPG want MFA from me. Just got an email from TPG telling me that my card has expired , my card is good untill 12/25 so whats going on there ? Wants me to update card info in My Account but have not been able to access it for years because mobile number is not linked to it, I have tried to sort this My Account rubbish heaps of times with no luck because they want Multi factor auth. and I will not/cant do the MFA.
