Having the similar issue as mentioned in the original post and replies by other users.   Calling support has been of no help. they said they get back to me, but haven't bothered to so far. a really frustrating experience.   The power and DSL LED are solid aswell as the 2.4g and 5g LED. The internet and DSL LED is NOT on. Also all the lights are on on the nbn connection box too. Getting status as disconnected for the pppoe_....  is "DSL Disabled".  how do you enable it?   Can someone please help???     ... View more
