Hi, I received a text message from ( 0480XXXXXX) about a nbn appointment to fix our service for MARCH 4th 8am-12pm. However the address in the txt message has our old address instead of our new address we just moved into. I requested nbn to our new address and even wrote our new address in the request and tpg still got it wrong. Could we have someone please look into this. ... View more
