Here is the authority to complain to about TPG’s lack of transparency on pricing in relation to its offloading of its email service after Sept this year to The Messaging Company. The Telecommunucation Industry Ombudsman requires that you first complain directly to your ISP before lodging a complaint, to give the company the chance to remedy the problem. I’ve been with tpg for more than 20 years. It’s going to take a long time to sort out all the logins tied to that address. I’ll be migrating them to Outlook.
