The NBN connection box the router connects to no longer has any blue light and non of my devices have internet connection nor does the internet symbol glow on my router box. We had a bad storm and most of our town had a blackout, now my box doesn't work. We checked the website and we still has nbn network connection. We've tried everything and it has no power what so ever. How do we get a new one? And replace the old one.? ... View more
