I have noticed my bills went from $59.99 to $74.99 in the last few months. I have been using TPG loyally for so many years in many different addresses. This insane increase caught me off guard. I haven't seen a proper heads up for this change at all, best bet missed in many spam emails? My internet has always been miserable and TPG offers less than average service in general. I have always tolerated these for the reasonably affordable prices. $74.99 is NOT reasonable!! I demand a refund for this change and would like to discuss my options before any further changes.
