@Ahra_G I have the same question.    I am already overseas and wonder how I can downgrade my FTTB plan as you suggest from where I am.   I am not able to log into my TPG account ("Error 403 - Forbidden" on both Safari and Chrome browsers). I see the support contact pages only offer telephone support and there is not an email I can contact. I tried downloading the TPG app but cannot set up because I'm not using my Australian SIM and cannot receive a verification code.   Please advise how to proceed. Thanks!   ... View more
