Tried to call for support earlier and got a text to go to forums. Have not been able to connect to internet for a few days. Live in an old apartment so I've Had trouble numerous times before and had tpg technician sent over to inspect and fix problem. I think the ADSL/phone line is broken or down. See Pictures below (no internet/adsl signal) and dodgy phone wires. Kind regards

@Will Modem is reconnected and reset.

The WLAN is also on. The modem is unplugged from the phonesocket so you can run a test. Thanks,

Hi again, thank you for your prompt reply The modem is a Huawei HG532d Power light is on, however the ADSL and internet lights are off. Only one phonesocket in the house which is the one that I use for the modem. No home phone. Regards, T

Hi @Will My modem recently stopped working (Huawei HG532d), there are no reported outages for ADSL so I assume that it is faulty/malfunctioning. I would like to order a replacement at minimal cost, or could you please redirect me to somebody who can help? Upon your response, I will PM you my relevant information. Thanks,
