Hi Ahra, Thank you for your response. I didn’t have two numbers when I transferred across to TPG. It’s only appeared since. I don’t really care if the second number stays just as long as I can set my Primary as the default for all calls.

Hello, I am a new TPG mobile customer. Can you please explain to me the Primary vs Personal numbers? I don't understand the two numbers nor my inability to use Primary to call contacts.
