Check for any error messages or connection drops. Reboot your Google phone, TV, and the Sagemcom 5866T modem by powering them off for 30 seconds and then back on. This can clear temporary glitches. Check for updates available for the affected apps (Kayo and Strava) on your Google phone and TV. Outdated versions might have compatibility issues. Make sure these apps have the necessary permissions to access the internet.
