Hello TPG, We have been with TPG for many years (ADSL, Broadband) and had no cause to complain until now. I activated my sim on 16 March 2019 and as of today, 27 March 2019, I still do not have my phone activated by TPG. I have called TPG 5 times to be told on each ocassion that the matter has been escalated. TPG has made no attempts to contact me with any reason for the delay.
