Not only is it a total disgrace, TMC has terrible contact options with most options on the phone line ending up with “bye bye”. TPGs handling of this is abysmal and TMC change management and comms is even worse. What it has done though is make me disconnect my email server from my internet provider. It’s not going to be TMC by the way! I also upgraded my modem to a Deco system. Do watch out TPG, after over 15 to 20 years of loyalty I’ll be looking at who is proving the best internet options. I hear ALDI is quite good. Also I’ll be looking at whether the mobile accounts for my daughters is still good value. That’s what you get when you disregard the golden egg upon which you built your business success.
