We tried to use your community details to pull up the account and we got a match.   Based on your NBN-HFC plan NBN12 the attainable line upload speed you can get is 1Mbps. The upload speed of 0.6mbps is considered within specification of tyour NBN Plan. Devices connected by Wi-Fi may experience slower speeds than those connected by Ethernet cable.   Actual throughput speeds may be slower and could vary due to many factors including type/source of content being downloaded, hardware and software configuration, the number of users simultaneously using the network and performance of interconnecting infrastructure not operated by TPG.   We ran an initial test on your service and we noticed that the service is not connected with our network.
