I cannot send emails from my tpg account. I get this message. 'Cannot send the message. Verify the email address in your account properties. The server responded: 535 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User xxxx@tpg.com.au is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse' The TPG rep I spoke to yesterday was singularly unhelpful. I send about 4-5 emails a day which is hardly abuse. I also use a VPN occasionally. Can anyone help?

I still cannot upload attachments to email using my desk top and it is adversely affecting my business. Can it please be dealt with.
