Money has just been deducted from my account. I was expecting $x per month (HALFOFFMOBILE - 50% off for 6 months)  and even less this month as I was expecting to be in credit for not having a mobile as the initial sim that was dispatched to me was faulty and I was without a mobile phone network for 1 week. Can you kindly look into this, I am unable to call the contact number or even log into my account as my personal mobile I don't enable global roaming  as I am travelling for business and would like to resolved at your earliest convenience.
