I requested for ADSL internet services because nbn network doesn't exist in my home area (check the information from TPG website). I paid the modem and others. Then, TPG sent me the modem. After that, I contact the customer services for the first installation. But, the customer services suggest to change nbn network, although I said that my home doesnt covered by nbn. And then the customer service still change my ADSL request to nbn, and the result, of course they can't connect the internet via nbn networks..and till now, I dont get any information for what I have to do..
