I have had TPG NBN for over 3 years, I have lost my User Name, Customer ID and have changed my mobile number 2 1/2 years ago.   How do I get my details when I no longer have the mobile phone number I had when i opened the account.   I telephoned TPG help and they sent me link to the "Confirm My Identity Form" which i completed but Sarah from TPG said she could not help me in an email.   ...
