Hi, Our home phone when people call are greeted with a recorded message “invalid number”. I’ve been in touch with TPG engineers to no avail. From changing modems yada yada yada. I think we need an NBN connection box with a UNI-V Port ( UNI-V1 or UNI-V2) as we are FTTB. I only googled this myself! Should I be asking the support people if this could be correct?
