The email send me back only noticed cancel success. And it not mention anything about refund. My contract is start at 09/05/2017 to 09/05/2018. I thought it should be end at that time but it not, pre-authorized debit collection fees from my credit card until this month, i pay 59.99$ again and again. I need refund and you should be able to know my usage. From April 2018 i did not use it anymore but it still in the contract so i understand that. However, after 09/05/2018 in my account, it should haves no usage. I should be able to get my refund after 09/05/2018 up to 11/04/2019. Otherwise I payed 11 months 59.99$ for nothing.
