Hi there Aphra, Thanks for your messages. Had a call yest from a financial person. Then an email today responding to my emails. Seems pretty explanatory and detailed, and not asking for a response. What do you advise more that I can say apart from regrets at having to cancel after great service? Thank you again..

Dear TPG, After a period of really great service, I am afraid cancellation will be necessary. From the forum, it's understood 30 days notice is needed, and am giving this now.
