Hi @Will and @Joseph_D ,   Thanks for your help so far. A technician did come today at around 2pm but he didn't find anything wrong and left. However, the speed issue is definitely here and it's worse at night. I've ran the below at 9:02pm and the speed is about a quarter of what I usually get. I've previously provided similar speedtest and tracert results to TPG support via email when they've contacted before the technician made a visit. Is there anything else I can do?   ... View more
