I have already contacted TPG through the Message customer service portal a month ago and have spoken to customer service that I am no longer in contract and need my service cancelled. I got a reply asking me the: - Name of the account holder as it appears on the TPG account - Service Address where the ADSL service is installed Which I replied and have not gotten a reply back.
