In some cases, a customer will need to wait for the service to be activated and the phone number to be ported before they notify their previous provider to cancel the account.
We can see that we have provided you a new phone number, thus number porting is not applicable.
All you need to do is to wait for the service to be activated before you advise Internode to cancel the account.
