Hi Ahra,   Thank you for the quick response. My experience with TPG has been excellent for the past three years. Great service, no fuss.   I was a bit grumpy because I searched the TPG website for how to terminate the service for over 20 minutes. A simple mention in the FAQ like 'If you want to terminate the service, please contact our team by [phone number] or [email address]" would have saved me some time.
