My first call for support was on saturday 04/05/2019 around 8 o'clock, after a long try nothing happened so they escalated the issue the same day. I received an sms next day 5th of may at 4p.m, saying i will be contacted within 24 to 48 hrs. So today is 7th of may I contacted tpg this morning and told me to wait till today, and yet no show. So, tpg please stop doing this and I will find my solution.
