Planned maintenance on NBN at Southport Q is listed as resolved but still no internet, only stated till 7a.m Fri.1st.....then 8a.m - 4p.m, now ear;y Sat. 2nd. Who checks? or does it automatically state resolved without a check at the 4p.m time? Why don't we recieve email prior to planned maintenance, instead of going over system to check issues and wasting time when only issue is poor communication. We recieve emails regarding products/deals , telecommunication companies seem to have time for, instead of important information pertaining to purchased service.
